Modeled after the modern speed-dating phenomenon, the Affiliate Speed Meet will be a quick-fire introduction between networks and operators looking for referral business. Meet the perfect match for your business needs!

How it Works

Twenty (20) networks (those with business to give), will be stationed around the room staffed by their affiliate managers or other top-level personnel. Each network will have two representatives on-hand.
Each 40-minute round will permit (40) operators (those looking for business through referrals) to introduce themselves to the networks (two operators per network table).
Once the event begins, each operator will have two minutes per table to introduce themselves and quickly discuss their needs. After two minutes, the buzzer will sound and the operator will move to the next network table. NO LINGERING! You’ll have plenty of time later to discuss the details.
After each 40-minute round, we’ll take a break and get ready for the next group of operators.
Signing Up
Operators (looking for business)
- We will be signing interested attendees up for the Affiliate Speed Meet onsite only.
- Spots will be given out on a first-come first-served basis. Basically, the earlier you arrive at LCT East the better chance you have of getting a spot. The first 40 will be in round one, the second 40 in round two, and the third 40 will be in round three. Sorry, no “savesies” or pre-reservations under any circumstances,so don’t ask!
- One person per company.
- Each person must be present to reserve a spot. Others can not reserve a space for you on your behalf.
- If you do not get a spot, we will start a stand-by list. If you are on stand-by, make sure you provide your mobile phone number so we can reach you if a space becomes available.
- There is no additional fee, but you must be registered for a Full Show Pass or Wednesday Only Pass to participate. Suppliers, Exhibit Hall Only Passes and Exhibitors are not qualified to participate.
- Bring business cards! Business cards are the means by which the networks will track your information. There will not be time to write down your contact information.
Networks (have business to give)
- If you would like a network stationary table, you must agree to these stipulations:
- Two qualified company personnel to staff your table for the duration of the Affiliate Speed Meet - three 40-minute rounds with 20-minute breaks.
- There is no fee for your table, but both personnel must purchase a Full Show Pass.
- You must own/be in control of and maintain a fleet of vehicles and regularly give out referral and/or farm-out business. You can’t share with another operation or company. One table per company.
Network stationary tables will be assigned prior to LCT East, and tables will only be available onsite should a network drop out at the last minute.
