Rules & Regulations
- Attendees must own or operate a vehicle for hire or chauffeur driven business to purchase a One-Day Only or Exhibit Hall Only pass. Consultants and service providers such as but not limited to insurance, leasing, software, vehicle manufacturers and resellers, and coach builders must exhibit or purchase a Supplier Pass. Solicitation at LCT East by non-exhibitors is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will result in expulsion and forfeiture of Show Badge and monies paid.
- Cancellation Policy: Requests must be made in writing prior to August 21, 2009. Please forward cancellation letters to LCT Eastern Conference c/o Custom Registration, Inc. 2020 E. Randol Mill Road. Ste 307, Arlington TX 76001. A $50 processing fee will be applied. No refunds or credits will be granted, under any circumstances, after August 21, 2009.
- Spouses and children age 12 and above are required to purchase a pass to gain access to the Exhibit Hall or any events listed on the LCT Eastern Conference schedule.
- The 2009 LCT Eastern Conference is a trade-only event and is not open to the public. You must be directly involved in the limousine, chauffeured transportation, or tour and charter industry to attend. Please show a business card or other identification showing your affiliation to the industry.
- Show management has the right to refuse or deny access to any person for any reason.
